Grateful Yoga | 602 E. Main Street, Suite C | Allen
Make plans to join the PiP Dragon Diversity Committee for an activity that dates back almost 5,000 years. Originating in what is now India, yoga is more than just poses and breathing, it teaches you to connect your mind and body. These incredible benefits include increased mobility, focus, strength and awareness; the reduction of stress and anxiety; and a better overall sense of well-being. The best part, it can be experienced by the whole family regardless of age, ability, mobility, or experience!
Meet and interact with other IIANT families as we practice breathing exercises, fun and challenging poses and reflection as we focus on family and community. Come away with ideas and skills that you can continue at home.
This class is safe and appropriate for all ages and abilities. Megan Huff, mom to 1st grader Ella, will be guiding our class. She has been practicing yoga for over seven years and teaching for almost three years. She is certified in yoga, children's yoga, yoga for special needs, trauma-informed and prenatal yoga, and is always happy to answer any questions.
No yoga experience is required for this class - you don't have to be flexible! You can bring your own mat or use one of the studios. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and be prepared to remove your shoes for class. Bare feet are recommended but socks are okay.
The Dragon Diversity Committee is comprised of IIANT parents who appreciate the importance of embracing the cultural differences in our school community and identifies opportunities to educate values and traditions from around the world.
Involve. Invite. Invest.

PiP School & Business Directories
As part of its mission to build a collaborative and networked community for IIA-NT families, PiP is launching not only a new school directory but also a new business directory this year. Listings in both directories are informed by parents so we need everyone’s participation to power them to be complete and comprehensive resources for our school.
School Directory: PiP has partnered with MySchoolAnywhere to manage the school directory on the new PiP Portal.
Business Directory: PiP is seeking parents who own or work for local businesses or have a special skills/talents that can be showcased to the IIA-NT community.
