​Join us for the annual PiP Uniform Consignment Sale where Imagine parents can sell directly to other Imagine parents - commission free. Make some back-to-school cash or secure some great deals on gently used or new items while also meeting others in the Imagine community!

Schedule:
Friday, August 4
Volunteer Setup: 12-7 PM
Seller Drop Off: 5-7 PM
 
Saturday, August 5
Volunteer Pre-Sale: 5-7 PM
 
Sunday, August 6
Consignment Sale: 10 AM-5 PM
Discount Sale: 3-5 PM
Seller Pickup: 5-6 PM
Volunteer Cleanup: 5-8 PM
 
Admission:
​Buying Only OR Selling Only: $4
Buy & Selling: $6

Payment Options:
Admission fees are cash only. Items purchased is by either cash or check (payable to the individual seller).
 
Proceeds:
Proceeds from admission fees  and any items that PiP sells will help fund the IIANT free/reduced lunch program and students with financial hardships.

What you need to know...
Everything you need to know to buy and/or sell at the PiP Uniform Consignment Sale is provided in the documents below. Please make time to read through the terms very carefully so you don't miss any important bits of information.

Volunteers Needed!
It takes a lot of people and a lot of hours to make this sale happen ​and it wouldn’t be possible without parent and student volunteers!

Helping with the Uniform Consignment Sale can involve anything from sorting and placing items to running a register.
Whatever the task, we need you!
  • Signing up early as a volunteer will give you a greater chance of getting an assignment of your choice.
  • If you are a student looking for service hours, then helping is a fantastic way to help out our fundraising efforts while gaining service hours.

​​Benefits of Volunteering
Individuals who volunteer six hours of time may shop during the designated Volunteer Pre-sale from 5-7 PM, Saturday 8/5. They may checkout the items they’ve chosen once their volunteer commitment is fulfilled. In lieu of pre-shopping, a volunteer may wave admission fee.

Volunteering Tips:
  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You may be standing for a majority of your work shift and we want you to be comfortable. Please let us know ahead of time if you have limitations that need to be considered.
  • Assigned tasks will vary. We will always give complete and detailed instructions so you’ll be comfortable with assigned tasks.
  • Volunteers must sign-in upon arrival so we can appropriately credit your volunteer hours.
  • Our goal is to make your volunteer experience enjoyable and pleasant. We try to have fun while working the sale and we look forward to having you join us! ​
