It’s a morning to set your clocks and set your pace for the Third Annual Dragon Dash benefitting Imagine International Academy of North Texas.
This is a professionally-managed, timed event with t-shirts for all participants. We have discounted registration fees for families as well as awards, prizes and much more. You can run, walk, skip, or even jump through the beautiful Bonnie Wenk Park with no worries of traffic.
Invite your families, friends and neighbors to celebrate the time change and spend an invigorating morning with us at IIANT!
Dash Registration Fees:
5K (Timed Race): $30/person OR $100/family (up to 4 people)
1K (Fun Run/Walk): $25/person OR $80/family (up to 4 people)
Cheering & Volunteering: Free!

Immediately following the Dragon Dash, walk over to the school grounds for a FREE Family Fun Day celebration. No bracelets to buy, no tickets to purchase (and lose!) ahead of time, no money to spend (unless you want!) to enjoy time with family and friends. The Family Fun Day will be packed with activities and something for everyone to enjoy!
Here’s a glance at just some of the things planned for you:
Imagine Trade Fair: The trade fair is being offered as an opportunity for Imagine students or parents to share a hobby or personal business with other Imagine families. Entry fees are $10 for PiP Members and $40 for Non-PiP Members. Imagine PiP will review and approve all requested entries and will work to ensure there’s not redundancy in products being represented.

- 2 MEGA obstacle courses, bounce houses, and a giant inflatable slide
- Knocker Ball / Bubble Soccer (Older Kids & Adults)
- Face Painting

- Taekwondo Demonstrations & Board Breaking
- Free Cryotherapy & 5-10 Minute Massages (Adults)
- Food Trucks & Tables: Sandy Sue’s BBQ & Marco Pizza (Fees Apply)
- FREE ice cream until the freezer is empty!

Dash Drivers
PYP Students: Classrooms that successfully register 15 students for the Dragon Dash (5K or 1K) will be rewarded with a $50 gift card to their favorite pizza restaurant. PYP teachers of classrooms that win can redeem the gift card at a time appropriate for the class schedule.
MYP & DP Students: Any student who registers for the Dragon Dash (5K or 1K) will be entered in a drawing to win a race wearable fitness tracker, such as a Fitbit or Garmin (TBD). In the week following the Dash, PiP will validate all registrations, enter all MYP/DP participants in a drawing, and give away three fitness trackers.
