Form 990
PiP retains a licensed CPA firm as required in our bylaws. AICPA Standards require that the CPA Firm's information is not available for publication and they cannot respond to individual inquiries. Please refer to the information below to learn more about exempt organizations.
Once the 990 Form has been completed copies can be requested from the Internal Revenue Service Exempt Organizations Department (877) 829-5500 or you may download a copy from above. All publicly-available information may be obtained from the IRS for a fee by using Form 4506-A, Request for Public Inspection or Copy of Exempt or Political Organization IRS Form. A tax-exempt organization does not have to comply with individual requests for copies if it makes the documents widely available. This can be done by posting the documents on a readily accessible website. To learn more about exempt organizations please visit www.irs.gov/eo and search for Form 4221-PC for Public Charities.
